Having led many successful teams before, I can confidently say I haven't seen any like this one! Total dedication, seamless sharing for tasks, people taking total ownership, and a relentless attention to details.
Can you believe this? The entire team, totally exhausted after this Conference, stayed back a full 4 hours after the event for a Lessons Learned session where 40 successes were discussed and documented with true pride and 60+ Potential Improvement Points were discussed?
Truly a DREAM TEAM!
Another unbelievable but true fact was that almost 40% of the volunteer team as composed of first-time volunteers!
